A good wine reveals to the world the soul of its vineyard, evokes its traditions and developments and encapsulates the unique notes of the season that ripened its grapes. Every vintage arouses a different emotion, making it truly unique. The difference is real history, the fragrant lands and the everyday lives of the people. Our ambition is to reflect this difference in our wines. We take on this challenge with immense passion, crafting wines that conserve the richness of their identity, from the vine to the chalice, wherever they are tasted.

Cascina Adelaide began in 1817 as a group of vine growers. They owned vineyards in two of the most prestigious regions in Italy, Cannubi and Preda. The estate was bought 15 years ago by Amabile Drocco. He immediately updated the estate by building a modern underground cellar, introducing a new barrel system and more than doubling the size of the vineyards. Drocco’s father was a vine grower in a small village not far from Barolo. After World War II, because of a weak Italian economy, Drocco chose to study mechanics in Torino. When he returned to Alba, he started the Sancassiano Bakery Equipment Company. After leading his company to great success, he was finally able to return to his viticulture roots and purchase Cascina Adelaide.

We are producers of artisanally crafted wines that express the terroir of some of the best vineyards across Napa and Sonoma in winemaker Steve Matthiasson’s classically balanced style. Located in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, Kanpai Wines’ estate vineyard Meadowbrook Farm has been providing premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon for legendary wines for over 30 years. Owners Peter Chiang and Azumi Kubo share a deep love for food and hospitality and hope that each bottle reflects this sentiment. From the vineyard to the barrel to the bottle, all wines start with a simple question- how do we want to drink this wine? We imagine the food, the setting, and the people we want to drink with. Each wine is crafted with a purpose and the dream that it will be enjoyed to the fullest.

As co-proprietors and winemakers for Melka Estates, Philippe and Cherie produce four distinct brands that reflect their philosophy of soil driven wines:  Métisse from Napa Valley, Mekerra from Sonoma Valley, Majestique from sites around the world and CJ, also from Napa Valley. The pedigree for both Philippe and Cherie is indeed impressivle. Philippe having degrees in Geology, Agronomy and Enology; and Cherie in Microbiology from the US and a diploma in French Studies from the University of Bordeaux III.

The Tapiz Winery, located in the San Pablo I.G. in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, has one of the highest vineyards in Mendoza at 4,600 feet above sea level. Under the ownership and vision of Patricia Ortiz, Tapiz is a pioneer in the region and helped develop San Pablo into one of Argentina’s most renowned IGs. The state-of-the art winery is located in the heart of the estate vineyards, at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The highly rated wines of Tapiz are made by the celebrated winemaking team of Fabian Valenzuela and famed Bordeaux winemaker Jean Claude Berrouet (winemaker of Petrus for 44 vintages). Their wines are a beautiful tapiz (tapestry) of terroir and innovation. Benefiting from the extremes of altitude, temperature, and soil heterogeneity, Fabian and Jean Claude are able to create wines that are full-bodied and concentrated, yet elegant and balanced.
